Flat & Liner Bags

PE PACKAGING BAGS

For outer packaging and container lining.

Flat bags package hardware, textiles and panels. Used as liners, they fit inside woven sacks, bulk bags, cartons and drums. Confirm the bag format, dimensions and single-wall thickness based on the product or container’s internal dimensions, contents, load, filling method and closure.

Who this is for

For woven sack, bulk bag, carton and drum suppliers, and businesses needing liners or outer packaging, including chemical, feed and hardware manufacturers.

Let’s define your specification

Prepare these details based on your actual application.

Primary material: PE (polyethylene)

  • Product or container internal dimensions
  • Bag width, length and opening
  • Single-wall thickness
  • Contents, load and filling method
  • Closure method and order quantity

State single-wall thickness in μm or mm. Use consistent units of mm or cm for dimensions.

Discuss bag width, length, opening, single-wall thickness and material requirements. For liners, also provide the container’s internal dimensions; for outer bags, provide the product dimensions. Feasible sizes and suitability are confirmed for each request.

Should a carton liner be a flat bag or a square-bottom bag?

Both can be used as carton liners; choose according to the carton and filling method. Consider a flat bag for general lining, or discuss a square-bottom bag when a shaped base is needed. Share the internal length, width and height, contents and closure method so the format and allowances can be checked.

What dimensions are needed for a custom liner?

For an existing liner, provide its width, length and single-wall thickness. Otherwise, start with the container’s internal dimensions. Include any fold-over at the opening, filling weight and closure method: container dimensions are not automatically the finished bag dimensions.

What details affect a quotation?

Define the bag format, dimensions, single-wall thickness, material requirements and quantity before comparing quotations. Include the contents, handling and delivery destination to clarify suitability and freight. Price, minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed for the specific request.
